April 2, 2026In a time when Lebanon continues to face ongoing challenges, MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders students are showing resilience and adaptability as they move forward in their academic and professional journeys.
Sayed Shubbar, a MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Graduate scholar from Bahrain and a Human Resource Management student, has achieved an exciting milestone in his professional journey. He has been selected for the 5th cohort of PwC Middle East’s Corporate Sustainability ElevateME Mentorship Programme, a highly competitive program that brings together young leaders from across the region.
For Sayed, this opportunity means much more than just adding another achievement to his resume. “This program holds great personal significance for me,” he shares. “Being part of this mentorship program will allow me to work alongside inspiring mentors and peers while further developing my leadership and collaboration skills.”
The ElevateME Mentorship Programme is highly selective, bringing together young professionals from across the Middle East. Through the programme, Sayed will take part in one-on-one mentorship with senior professionals at PwC. These mentors will guide him in areas such as leadership, career development, and decision making in the workplace. He also looks forward to attending interactive sessions on topics like artificial intelligence, innovation, sustainability, and modern business strategy.
“It is an opportunity I truly value, and I am very excited to begin this journey,” Sayed says. His enthusiasm shows his commitment to making a positive difference in how businesses operate in the region.
Through the TLG scholarship program, Sayed has already developed strong leadership skills and a commitment to civic engagement. Now, the PwC mentorship will allow him to apply these skills in the corporate world, learning from industry experts how to create more sustainable and socially responsible businesses.
