Rana Saleh Accepted into the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Programme

Rana Saleh, a MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders alumna (’25) from Egypt, has been accepted into the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Programme. This fall, she will begin a new chapter in the Netherlands, where she will study Religious Diversity in a Globalised World (RED Global). She also hopes to continue her academic journey by pursuing a PhD.

Since graduating from LAU, Rana has continued to build an impressive career. She currently works at a Euro-Mediterranean organization in Egypt, has taken part in international training programs in NGO work and leadership, published a research paper in a Scopus-indexed journal, and presented it at an international conference in the UAE. These experiences have strengthened her professional skills and expanded her international network.

Looking back on her journey, Rana believes the MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Program at LAU played a key role in shaping both her personal and professional growth.

“MEPI shaped my personality and broadened my perspective. I became more open to others, more flexible, and much better at working in diverse teams.”

The opportunities she received through the program helped her build the confidence, knowledge, and experience needed to pursue opportunities around the world.

“None of these international opportunities, or the path I am on today, would have been possible without MEPI believing in me and awarding me the very first scholarship of my life.”

Through her hard work, personal development, and the opportunities that she embraced, Rana dreamt bigger and reached new heights. Her journey reflects the transformative impact of the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program.
