Hallal took over bigger tasks and responsibilities; she was the mentor of three students, she assisted them to gain competence in the various areas, including networking, partnership building and strategic planning. She also got the opportunity to moderate the “Fireside chat on leadership and self-improvement” session with one of Morocco’s most influential young leaders Amine Zeriat, reflecting on his experience and discussing challenges and obstacles that face youth’s initiatives. Additionally, Hallal was a jury member of “Shark tank lab” where students leaders pitched their community development projects.
