TL Scholars Take on Leadership Challenges

On 10 October 2026, 24 Tomorrow’s Leaders scholars (Cohorts 12 & 14) participated in an interactive Leadership Self-Development Focus Group at LAU’s Beirut campus. Through group discussions, role-playing, and crisis-management scenarios, students explored leadership challenges and practiced important skills such as decision-making, delegation, communication, and teamwork. Moderated by Welfare Officers Ms. Yusra Imad Abi Wardeh and Ms. Liliane Younes, the session gave scholars practical insights to support their leadership development, which will continue in Spring 2027.
