MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Second On-Campus Training on EI

Tomorrow’s Leaders students participated in an intensive Emotional Intelligence training session, engaging in hands-on activities designed to build essential leadership skills.
The workshop began with an “Emotion Line” icebreaker, followed by an interactive lecture on the EI components. Students then participated in “Empathy in Action” simulations, rotating through leader, peer, and observer roles to navigate emotional conflicts.
In the Case Lab segment, teams analyzed real-world leadership dilemmas and proposed emotionally intelligent solutions. The session concluded with guided reflection, where participants created personalized “EI Action Cards” outlining their strengths, challenges, and one-month goals for continued growth.
