Adaptive Leadership Trainings: Tomorrow’s Leaders Explore Group Dynamics and Leadership

On August 29 and 30, 2026, Tomorrow’s Leaders students took part in a two-day training on Adaptive Leadership, led by Ms. Dana Karout and Mr. Jais Brohinsky. The sessions focused on group dynamics, leadership roles, authority, conflict, and working through uncertainty. Through interactive activities, case studies, group discussions, and reflection exercises, students explored real leadership challenges and ways to respond to them. The trainings also gave students an opportunity to learn from experience, reflect on their leadership, and explore new ways of working with others.
