Ms. Nazek Al Bohsali

Ms. Nazek Al Bohsali is the Lead M&E Expert for the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program at LAU’s ISP Office, where she drives the monitoring, evaluation, and learning agenda across a portfolio of funded awards shaping the next generation of civic leaders across the MENA region. Having built her career at the intersection of the nonprofit and private sectors, Nazek developed a strong foundation in program management, stakeholder engagement, and community development before dedicating herself fully to the field of monitoring, evaluation, and learning in international education.

She previously served as Lead M&E Officer for the USAID-funded Higher Education Scholarship Program at LAU, overseeing M&E for a program that has supported over 500 scholars since 2016. Nazek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HCU and an MBA from LAU, and brings over 15 years of cross-sector experience in monitoring and evaluation, grant management, and program management and leadership. She is committed to strengthening evidence-based program management and advancing the impact of youth development initiatives across the region.
