Ms. Dayana El Kadi

Alumni Engagement Officer, LAU MEPI-TL Program

Ms. Dayana El Kadi serves as the Alumni Engagement Officer for the Tomorrow’s Leaders Program at LAU’s Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), where she strengthens engagement across a diverse alumni network spanning 12 countries.

With a background in Mass Communication, Psychology, and Event Management, Dayana brings experience in alumni relations, event management, media, public relations, content creation, she develops initiatives that foster meaningful alumni engagement, encourage collaboration, and support graduates as they continue their leadership journeys beyond the program.

Dayana also works closely with the LAU Alumni Relations Office and partners, including the U.S. Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) and the American University of Beirut (AUB), to design alumni programs, events, and communications that showcase graduates’ achievements while strengthening the Tomorrow’s Leaders community.

Driven by the belief that every individual has unique strengths and potential, she believes success is not only measured by what we achieve, but by the positive impact we create.
