Master in Business Administration, Lebanese American University, Lebanon
Ms. Dina Abdul Rahman holds a BA in Business Administration from AUB and an MBA from LAU. Having started her career in banking, she joined LAU in 2007 to dedicate herself to education. Her experience at LAU in student development culminated in a rich journey within several SDEM departments from academic advising, outreach and civic engagement to study abroad. She successfully established the Office of International Services in 2016 and has since been working with LAU schools and offices on increasing international programming and consolidating the university’s services to international students. In that past 10 years, she acquired a wealth of experience, training and knowledge in international education and accordingly contributed to LAU’s internationalization strategy as a leading academic institution in the MENA region. She also worked with many international partners and associations on international scholarships and grants such as Erasmus Mundus and Erasmus+ grants funded by the EU. Starting 2018, she took over the leadership of the TL programs at LAU, after which the scope of the program grew exponentially, totaling around eight grants, sponsoring hundreds of students on both LAU campuses, and securing more than $35 million in funding to youth in the MENA region.
