Mr. Raffi Chilingirian

Raffi Chilingirian is the Lead Communication Officer for the MEPI Tomorrow’s Leaders Program at Lebanese American University, where he leads the program’s strategic communications and public narrative of the undergraduate and graduate tracks.

His work centers on highlighting student leadership, academic excellence, and civic impact. He develops and oversees communication strategies that showcase student success stories, institutional milestones, and the broader mission of the Tomorrow’s Leaders programs for internal and external audiences.

Raffi works closely with partner institutions including American University of Beirut, American University in Cairo, FHI 360, and other regional and international partners to ensure consistent messaging and joint visibility.

He also serves as a liaison with U.S. Middle East Partnership Initiative, contributing to outreach reports, success stories, and communications that reflect the program’s long-term impact.

With over 14 years of experience in both the non-profit and private sectors, Raffi brings a background in strategic communications, digital platforms, and user-centered design, with a focus on impact storytelling and effective audience engagement.
