I am fond of my dreams. I have a dream of becoming a national leader, to be a good example for Libyan women to look up to and to encourage them to have pride in their identities and appreciate their own worth. The war in Libya has caused much damage, but it has also resulted in the spark of change I see in the eyes of the wounded younger generations. This helps me stand strong despite all obstacles. I believe in unlocking the potential of my sisters and brothers and hope to contribute to Libya’s economic, social and political success.
