I have once again put my faith in LAU’s education and I am aiming to get an MD degree from its medical school. Until now, LAU has offered me the chance to acquire knowledge, grow as a person, and to express my potential. Through its Women’s football team I was given the opportunity to practice my hobby, and on its campus I gained many friends and acquaintances. As for the MEPI program, it gave me a scholarship not just for academics, but also leadership. This program emphasized the values of initiative and leadership in my spirit, and engraved the ideas of tolerance and open-mindedness in my way of treating people. I have learned to be friends with people of all ages, religions, and cultures, and that enriched my knowledge in many aspects. As for skills, this program increased my sense of initiative, event organization, and social skills. In addition, it pushed me further in my urge for civic engagement and community development through the internships I participated in and the contacts I have made on campus.
